THE LEGAL BIT
Once an order is placed we will endeavour to ship items within 2-3 working days.
Delivery times may vary dependent on local holidays and couriers however in general the following should apply:
UK Mainland - 1-2 days from point of dispatch
EUR - 3-4 days from point of dispatch
INT - 5-7 days from point of dispatch
Tracking ID will be provided
If you wish to send to multiple addresses you must place orders separately and pay for postage for each order.
Customs fees and local purchase taxs are the responsibility of the purchaser if you are outside of the EU.
Commissioned work will be posted no later than 4-6 weeks after the order has been placed.
Returns and Refunds
Our online returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact before returning
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once you have contacted us you then have 14 days to return the item. We will email you with the address to send your return upon receipt of your request.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, if ordered through the website then your name and date of purchase should be enough information for us to find the proof of purchase.
If your order arrives in poor condition then please get in touch explaining the issue. If there is damage to the product then send us some digital photos along with your order number and date of purchase and state whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Due to the nature of the pieces, we cannot provide an identical replacement, but one that is similar.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please return you product in the protective packaging it was sent in.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in returning your item.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you return a product and it does not arrive, then we cannot offer a refund.
If you are returning an undamaged product because you are unsatisfied with the product we cannot then refund you if the product arrives back with us damaged. In this case you would have to try and claim back the cost of the piece from the postal service you use. For this reason we strongly advice that you use shipping insurance to at least the cost of the items when returning products.
